One clear fix list instead of an email thread.

When your buyer uses Loadstamp, you see exactly which fields on your drafts don't match their order or each other. You fix them once, the drafts are locked, and your finals go through. It costs you nothing.

Why it's free

Your buyer pays. You get fewer rounds.

  • Clarity

    Exactly what to change

Each request names the field, the document and both values, for example the carton count on your invoice against your packing list. No guessing what the buyer meant.

  • Revisions

    Every change on record

Each revision you upload shows exactly what changed since the last one, so neither side has to compare PDFs line by line.

  • Agreement

    Agreed drafts are locked

Once a draft is agreed it is locked. The final bill of lading is checked against it, so a late surprise is caught before it reaches the port or the bank.

  • Access

    Nothing to install

It works in the browser. You sign in with a link sent to your email, and you see only the shipments your buyer shares with you.

What you do

Six steps, most of them a single upload.

  1. Accept your buyer's invite

Your buyer adds you to a shipment. You get an email with a sign-in link.

  2. Upload your drafts

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary or health certificate.

  3. Read the fix list

Every field is read and cross-checked: carton counts, weights, consignee spelling, reefer temperature, pallet IDs, HS codes. You see each mismatch.

  4. Upload a revision

Fix the listed fields and upload again. Both sides see exactly what changed.

  5. Drafts agreed and locked

When everything matches, the drafts are locked as the agreed version.

  6. Send the finals

The final bill of lading is checked against the locked drafts. For air cargo, documents are checked before the cargo is handed to the airline.
