Security and data
Your shipment documents, kept separate and encrypted.
Invoices, prices and supplier details are commercially sensitive. Here is how Loadstamp handles them, in plain words.
The basics
Where your data lives and who can reach it.
- Separation
Separate per company
Each company's data is kept separate. Your shipments, documents and findings are never mixed with another company's.
- Encryption
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to Loadstamp use HTTPS. Stored documents and databases are encrypted on disk.
- Hosting
AWS in the EU (Frankfurt)
Loadstamp runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU, in the Frankfurt region. Documents, databases and backups stay there.
- Sign-in
Sign in by email link
You sign in with a link sent to your work email. Access is by invitation only.
- Backups
Backed up daily
Data is backed up every day, in the same EU region.
Who can see what
Access follows the shipment.
| Who | What they can see |
|---|---|
| Your team | Your company's shipments, documents, findings and approved packs. People join only when someone in your company invites them. |
| Your suppliers | Only the shipments you share with them, their own uploads and the fix lists for those documents. They never see your other suppliers or other shipments. |
| Other companies | Nothing. Each company's data is kept separate. |
