Who we are
Loadstamp is a product of SMBDM Technology L.L.C, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email address and company.
- Shipment documents and the data read from them, uploaded by you or your trading partners.
- Basic technical records needed to run and secure the service, such as sign-in times.
Why we use it
To check shipment documents, send sign-in links and notifications, and keep the service running and secure.
Where it is stored
Each company's data is kept separate and encrypted, on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt).
